Scott Giannou - President

As a lifelong entrepreneur, Scott learned early in his career that people buy from people, and the fostering of relationships has always aided in the growth of all companies he has been involved in. Scott has a genuine interest in people that can’t be overlooked when measuring his success in business and cultivation of a large group of supporters and collogues. Scott has a strong sense of community as evident by his charitable affiliations and volunteerism through sport and other activities.

Jeff Budgell - General Manager

Dedicated and diligent, Jeff brings 15+ years in the beverage industry as a sales and management professional. Jeff has brought success to big global brands such as Coca Cola and most recently Moosehead Breweries. Highlights of his career include multiple national awards for sales and account management. Jeff is driven and always looking to build partnerships with existing and new customers.

He believes in customer-first metrics and incremental growth as a priority. Outside of work, Jeff is a dedicated and loving father and husband and loves to volunteer in his community as part of the Masonic brethren. His favourite charities include the Ronald McDonald House and NL community football.

In his free time, he coaches community football and is an avid sports fan and particularly the NFL, NBA, and NHL.

Jack Giannou - Sales Representative

The love of people and hospitality is part of Jack’s DNA. He thrives on people and is thrilled to be building his life in NL having spent four years abroad completing a degree in Business Administration with a specialty in International Hospitality Management. Jack is a level one Cicerone and is honing his love of wine through WSET certification. Jack is active in Big Brothers and the Canadian Progress Club. He knows the words to almost every song and you’ll find him chasing speed on the ski hill or squeezing in a round of golf with friends in the evenings.

Launch Media - Social Media Co-ordinator

Launch Media is a Newfoundland & Labrador based marketing & production company.

Established in early 2023 by Chris Dunne after over a decade of working with Toronto & NL-based agencies such as m5, The Idea Factory, and Elemental, it was born out of a simple concept – be what traditional agencies can’t.

With 6 full-time and 2 part-time staff, our team is comprised of photographers, videographers, strategists, social media specialists, and project managers. Simply put – we aren’t built like traditional agencies – we’re built for the modern marketing world where strategy + content reign supreme.
